Ingredients

60ml Herrick Creek Apple Pie Moonshine

30ml fresh lemon juice

15ml simple syrup

Optional: 15ml egg white

Ice
Garnish
Apple fan or a few drops of bitters
Glass
Coupe glass or rocks glass
Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

If using egg white, dry shake for 15 seconds.

Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

Strain into your chosen glass.

Garnish with a thin apple slice or bitters.
Herrick Creek Tip
If you prefer a tarter cocktail, reduce the syrup slightly. The natural sweetness of the Apple Pie Moonshine does plenty of the work already.
