25ml fresh lemon juice

15ml simple syrup

Soda water

Collins or highball glass
Method

Fill your glass with ice.

Add the Original Moonshine, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

Herrick Creek Tip
Adjust the sweetness to suit your taste. If you like a sharper drink, reduce the syrup slightly. If you prefer it sweeter, add an extra 5ml.
