Ingredients

  • 60ml Herrick Creek Corn Whisky

  • 30ml fresh lemon juice

  • 15ml simple syrup

  • Optional: 15ml egg white

  • Ice

Garnish

Lemon twist or a few drops of bitters

Glass

Coupe or rocks glass

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

  2. If using egg white, dry shake first for 15 seconds.

  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

  4. Strain into your chosen glass.

  5. Garnish with a lemon twist or a few drops of bitters.
