Maple Whisky Sour - Maple Moonshine

Sweet maple, fresh lemon, and bold moonshine make this a beautifully balanced cocktail. Replacing simple syrup with maple syrup adds warmth and depth while letting the character of Herrick Creek Maple Moonshine shine through.

Silky, refreshing, and easy to make, it's equally at home before dinner or as a relaxed evening drink.

Ingredients

  • 60ml Herrick Creek Maple Moonshine

  • 30ml fresh lemon juice

  • 15ml pure maple syrup

  • Optional: 15ml egg white

  • Ice

Garnish

Lemon twist or a few drops of bitters

Glass

Coupe glass or rocks glass

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.

  2. If using egg white, shake without ice first for 15 seconds.

  3. Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

  4. Strain into your chosen glass.

  5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
