Ingredients

45ml Herrick Creek Original Moonshine

8–10 fresh mint leaves

25ml fresh lime juice

15ml simple syrup

Soda water
-
Ice
Garnish
Mint sprig and lime wedge

Highball glass
Method

Gently muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice and simple syrup in the bottom of the glass.

Fill the glass with ice.

Pour over the Original Moonshine.

Top with chilled soda water.

Stir gently to lift the mint through the drink.

Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and lime wedge.
