Ingredients

• 45ml Herrick Creek Original Moonshine

• 150ml ginger beer

• Juice of half a lime

• Ice

Garnish

Lime wedge

Glass

Copper mug or highball glass

Method

1. Fill your glass with ice.

2. Pour in the Original Moonshine.

3. Add the lime juice.

4. Top with ginger beer.

5. Stir gently.

6. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge.

Herrick Creek Tip

For an extra kick, add a couple of thin slices of fresh ginger before pouring the drink.
