Limited Release - Usquebaugh

This is a cardamom-spiced Usquebaugh, with a stout grain base, made by another local distiller, and aged by Herrick Creek in American Oak. 

The term is the direct origin of the word "whisky," which was shortened from usquebaugh to uisge to whisky. 

This is a unique whisky - while meant to be bottled and drunk unaged, we've allowed age to do its job and add another layer to this complex spirit.
