Crafted in Christchurch, this award-winning, whey-based gin is distilled with simplicity in mind, using only juniper berries to ensure a taste that's as pure as the land it hails from. After distillation, the gin is smoked with native New Zealand Manuka wood to give it a unique blend of juniper and smoke.
The smoke is even visible in the bottle.
Juniper & smoke are the only two notes in this gin, meant to be simple, and enjoyable. Made from whey alcohol made in New Zealand, and re-distilled and crafted into Moose Lake Gin by Herrick Creek in Christchurch.
