Limited Release - Spiced Grape Gin

This gin begins with spirit from a now-closed distillery, given new life through a careful infusion of locally grown Niagara grapes from Christchurch and fresh orange peel. The result is a smooth, approachable gin with gentle warming spice, bright citrus notes, and a subtle natural sweetness from the grapes.

At 38% ABV, it’s soft enough to sip over ice yet bold enough to shine in a G&T or simple spritz. Expect classic juniper up front, followed by sweet white grape, orange zest, and a lingering, gently spiced finish.

With only a limited number of bottles available, this release won’t be repeated.

Tasting Notes
