Distilled with only Juniper, and infused with real New Zealand cherries, this gin is subtly sweet, beautifully red, and is ready to drink. No added sugar.

Mix into your favourite G&T and enjoy the great colouring and subtle cherry notes.

Making it: We started with a whole bunch of local cherries - each one was pitted by hand and added to our corn moonshine alcohol to soak for about a month! The colour and flavour extraction was great. It was mixed with a batch of juniper-only gin and hand bottled and labelled. We write every single label by hand - the name, batch, bottle #, percentage etc. It's a labour of love, at an awesome price.
